  • Define outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
  • Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders to achieve outbound pipeline goals.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance SDR effectiveness and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders and Growth to improve pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Work closely with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement on lead strategies.

  • Experienced in second-line leadership role, with a focus on prospecting in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen โ€” experience in a closing role is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with a robust tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, especially within Sales and Growth.
