Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• Design and lead Fever's onboarding program for all Fever for Business new hires globally, ensuring
• Translate global sales methodologies and best practices into structured, scalable training programs
• Build certification frameworks covering product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation
• Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness through performance tracking, stakeholder feedback
• Work directly with the global teams through call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching
• Partner with global managers to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted training and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience in a mix of top-tier consulting firms, sales enablement, sales
• Proven experience supporting global sales teams, with a strong understanding of regional commercial
• Passionate about sales, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced
• Experience building scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs that improve ramp time
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial execution
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth
