Senior Manager, Sales Engineering — AI / GPU Cloud (NeoCloud)

📋 Description

• Build and lead the SE / Solutions Architect team, hire, coach, retain a team of sales engineers
• Build reusable machinery: discovery frameworks, reference architectures, TCO/benchmark models, POV
• Set and hold a technical quality bar across the team; run enablement so every SE can speak credibly
• Partner with Account Executives as the technical lead on strategic and enterprise opportunities
• Run qualification with a real methodology (MEDDPICC or equivalent) — surface economic buyer
• Architect solutions across compute, networking, storage, and orchestration; produce sizing

🎯 Requirements

• Real, hands-on AI/ML infrastructure experience: actually run or stood up ML workloads — distributed
• Practical fluency in training and inference lifecycle: data pipelines, distributed training
• Comfortable in frameworks and tooling customers use: PyTorch and ecosystem (NCCL, CUDA-level
• Deep knowledge of NVIDIA platform and GPU products: Hopper and Blackwell generations (H100/H200
• Networking fluency: NVLink/NVSwitch domains, InfiniBand (Quantum) vs. Spectrum-X Ethernet fabrics
• Software and platform layer: NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, NeMo, Triton / TensorRT-LLM, Base Command
