Senior Manager, Sales (Mid-Market mp; Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a team of UK mid-market/enterprise AEs
• Join key customer meetings and help close complex deals
• Build an outbound motion to generate UK pipeline
• Run MEDDICC with rigour across deals, forecast and CRM
• Use sales metrics and high EQ to diagnose gaps and coach each AE
• Hire strong talent and onboard new AEs quickly to productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with >=4 years managing AEs
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets in mid-market/enterprise
• Strong deal-coaching skills to move deals forward
• Experience building outbound, new-business motion
• Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (Challenger, Command of the Message)
• MEDDICC or equivalent deal-qualification framework
