Senior Manager, Security Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead Anaplan's security architecture practice; define reviews and standards.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures, identity, authorization, cryptography, AI guardrails.
• Own the surface and set engineering standards; lead a senior team to secure-by-design.
• Oversee architecture reviews for major platform and AI changes early in the cycle.
• Collaborate with platform engineering on Hyperblock/Polaris and AI product lines.
• Ensure security architecture supports compliance and enterprise needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record leading security architecture in SaaS/cloud across multiple teams.
• Identity, authorization, cryptography, secure-by-design, threat modeling.
• Hands-on depth; able to challenge weak designs; technically credible.
• People leadership: hiring, coaching, calibrating a senior team.
• Experience aligning architecture to enterprise and regulated environments.
• AI impact on identity/authorization and guardrails; policy-as-code a plus.
