📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team for scalable security products.
• Drive roadmap and execution for security features: threat detection, identity, data protection.
• Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risk for on-time milestones (preview/GA).
• Establish sustaining engineering: debt reduction, ticket cleanup, security coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Security Architects to define requirements.
• Ensure code quality, security practices, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex security products or cloud-scale systems.
• Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and web app security.
• Expert Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js skills.
• Kubernetes expertise for security-critical workloads at scale.
