Senior Manager, Security Systems and Technology

📋 Description

• Build the security pillar; define 3-year tech roadmap.
• Standardize PIAM, VMS, intrusion, and credentialing across sites.
• Own vendor strategy; manage integrators and partners; negotiate SLAs.
• Own budget and lifecycle for physical security tech (CapEx/OpEx).
• Lead deployment of AI, automation, biometrics, and mobile credentials.
• Partner with GSOC to optimize access control and video platforms 24/7.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in physical security tech; at least 5 years in people management.
• Track record building or modernizing a global physical security program.
• Deep expertise with enterprise platforms: access control, video, intrusion, credentials.
• Experience managing vendor portfolios at scale (integrators, PMs, partners).
• Owned budget including CapEx/OpEx planning, contracts, lifecycle management.
• Experience with GSOC or 24/7 monitoring; troubleshooting across devices, servers, networks, integrations.
