🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in benefits administration and direct client service.
• Proven experience with benefits administration platforms or HRIS.
• 3+ years of project management for complex client initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude for complex system configurations.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and core formulas.
