🎯 Requirements

8–10+ years in inventory management, global warehouse control, post-sales service supply chains, or
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or equivalent
4+ years leading and scaling inventory or operations teams; strong ERP/WMS/CRM experience
Expertise in international trade, 3PL management, and compliance; data-driven with ERP-based
Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance budgets, and build repeatable processes in zero-to-one
