📋 Description

• Lead the intersection of sales and professional services in NA
• Own gold-standard service positioning for regional deals
• Act as senior escalation point for the sales org
• Coach PS teams and ensure high-quality value delivery
• Support key deals and contribute to deal strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven interface across sales and PS, not just delivery
• 5+ years in PS or sales leadership
• Track record improving services positioning and attach rates
• Experience coaching mid-to-senior ICs
• Strong escalation management under pressure
• Experience delivering services to large enterprises (SaaS/EUC)
• Comfortable presenting to C-level sponsors and buyers
