📋 Description

• Lead on-call rotation for the Incident Response Team and escalate as needed.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve team efficiency.
• Qualify reports/alerts into security incidents using clear guidelines.
• Evaluate potential and realized impact of incidents to Twitch.
• Communicate incident details, impact, and actions to leadership.
• Foster learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing incident response teams, or 2+ years management with 3+ years IR.
• Delivered security programs: network, cloud security, IR, threat hunting.
• Collaborative, not combative, approach to incident response.
• Automation experience with Go, Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of internet security issues and the threat landscape.
• Background in cloud, host, network, and application security.
