📋 Description

• Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap focused on improving conversion rates, revenue
• Plan, build, launch, and analyze high-impact experiments across desktop and mobile experiences
• Evaluate and improve key customer touchpoints including homepage, collection pages, product detail
• Ensure experiments and website changes meet specifications, function correctly, and launch on
• Build and maintain performance reports combining key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, revenue per
• Document test hypotheses, methodologies, outcomes, and learnings; maintain a centralized knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, conversion rate optimization
• Proven experience optimizing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce experiences, ideally in beauty
• Hands-on experience designing, launching, and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests with strong
• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or AB Tasty, as well as
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4); experience with BI tools like Looker or
• Ability to recognize friction points in the shopping journey and recommend practical improvements
