Senior Manager, Site Selection (Leasing Experience Preferred)

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the Americas markets
• Support the development of the metro strategy by assessing power availability, scalability, costs
• Coordinate early technical and commercial feasibility reviews with internal stakeholders
• Lead site-level due diligence including power and utility capacity, substation access, utility
• Gather, review, and validate inputs from landlords, utilities, brokers, consultants, and
• Ensure diligence findings are clearly documented and communicated to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility
• Experience facilitating or leading commercial lease negotiations and executing complex due
• Proven ability to manage high-volume project pipelines with a high degree of accuracy and
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent deals and meeting deadlines within fast-paced
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical
