📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Community & Social Media Managers across the WWE 2K
• Own the community and social operating model for both franchises (staffing, coverage, escalation
• Manage external community, social, and moderation agencies (scopes of work, budgets, response
• Set strategy for player engagement across Steam, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms
• Partner with Brand, Creator/Influencer, Communications, Insights & Analytics, and development
• Own the feedback loop for both title communities and cross-leverage learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years working in digital community building and/or social marketing roles within gaming
• Proven track record supporting live service and/or annualized titles
• Innate knowledge and passion for engaging and growing core entertainment communities
• Skilled at crafting integrated social marketing strategies across channels and touchpoints, with
• Proficiency with community, social, and reporting tools such as LevelUp, Radarly, Discord
• Ability to aggregate, synthesize, and analyze data and communicate learnings with recommendations
