📋 Description

• Lead, coach, grow, and retain a multidisciplinary team of AI and Data Engineers, providing
• Drive the design, delivery, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness of agent-based
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure compliance with established standards
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments by demonstrating quantitative
• Partner closely with Product, Business Analysis, Data Science, Security, Privacy, Legal, and peer

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and building data ecosystems, including 5+ years
• 2+ years of strong experience in Agentic AI development, building and deploying autonomous agents
• 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing diverse, highly motivated engineering teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where continuous innovation is
• A Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field (You might also have)
