Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical strategy, architecture direction, and roadmap for one or more
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of scalable, secure, reliable, and
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance, reliability
• Manage, coach, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers while building an inclusive
• Partner closely with Product Management, Technical Program Management, and other stakeholders to
• Establish and monitor engineering metrics such as reliability, throughput, quality, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in people
• Proven experience leading teams that build, deploy, and operate production software at scale.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and scaling high-availability, high-volume applications or
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system reliability, security, scalability
• Experience developing engineering managers and senior technical talent while building diverse
