Senior Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the Xometry EU engineering org across Europe; align with global product/AI.
• Build, scale, and mature software teams across EU hubs.
• Report to the CTO, International; partner with product, platform, and AI leaders.
• Manage distributed teams across US, Europe, China, India, and Turkey.
• Drive execution for EU market initiatives with quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-manager+ experience in large tech-first company or director+ in mid-sized org.
• Experience leading 50-150+ engineers across distributed hubs.
• Cloud-native, microservices, data-intensive systems, CI/CD, reliability.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers and senior ICs.
• Experience in product-led environments with close eng-product collaboration.
• Strong cross-time-zone collaboration and executive communication.
• Based in Munich or EU tech ecosystem; willingness to work in EU.
