🎯 Requirements

• Experienced engineering leader: 8–12+ years; 4+ years in management.
• Experience building/scaling distributed systems; AWS preferred.
• Strong microservices and high-availability background.
• Proven in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments.
• Fintech experience preferred; credit domain a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of raising standards and improving execution.
