Senior Manager - Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and scale a Solutions Engineering team for Freshworks.
• Drive GTM strategy, cross-sell/up-sell playbooks, allocate resources.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Product to guide roadmap and pipeline.
• Coach Solution Engineers; be a hands-on leader and role model.
• Develop go-to-market motions to win in growth markets.
• Evangelize product requirements and value in customer demos.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Solutions Engineering management in CRM/ITSM.
• 10-15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Exceptional soft skills with ability to influence across teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree is nice to have but not required.
