Senior Manager, Solution Engineering EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers across EMEA — hiring, ramping, and running
• Get hands-on in the team’s highest-impact opportunities, from discovery through close, modelling
• Execute and reinforce Sanity’s established presales motions (discovery, demos, POVs
• Coach SEs to translate technical capability into business outcomes for developers, architects
• Evangelise and drive consistent use of AI tools — for call prep, faster POC/demo environment setup
• Own regional forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement, and report on team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing or leading a Solutions Engineering / Presales team in B2B SaaS, ideally selling
• Strong technical foundation: comfortable discussing APIs, data models, front-end frameworks
• Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent
• Clear, inclusive communicator who can flex from deep technical detail to executive-level value
• Experience selling developer-facing, composable, or API-first SaaS platforms — content management
• Familiarity with content workflows, editorial tooling, or digital experience stacks.
