📋 Description

  • Lead technical pre-sales from discovery to design, incl client workshops and PoCs
  • Architect end-to-end cloud contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
  • Partner with sales and delivery to scope, estimate, and propose solutions
  • Build, maintain, and present demos for Finance, Healthcare, Telco, and Consumer
  • Design scalable, secure architectures integrating Genesys CCaaS with CRM and data systems
  • Develop detailed solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical docs

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in solutions architecture or pre-sales in cloud/contact center tech
  • Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, including architecture and integrations
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Dynamics) and omni-channel platforms
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations (routing, IVR, WFM, analytics)
  • Excellent communication translating complex tech for technical and business audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
