📋 Description

  • Lead pre-sales engagements from discovery through solution design.
  • Architect end-to-end cloud CCaaS solutions with Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Partner with sales and delivery to scope, estimate, and propose solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and present demos for multiple verticals.
  • Design scalable, secure CCaaS architectures integrating with CRM and data.
  • Develop detailed solution designs, architecture diagrams, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting in cloud CCaaS.
  • Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (CCaaS), architecture and integrations.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics) and omni-channel platforms.
  • Understanding of contact center operations: routing, IVR, WFM, analytics.
  • Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
