Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture - Growth

📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a Solutions Architects team.
• Establish performance expectations, coaching rhythms, and career paths.
• Drive processes for technical discovery, proof-of-value engagements, and deal support.
• Partner with Sales leadership to build and execute account strategies.
• Ensure thorough technical discovery to identify use cases and champion solutions.
• Prioritize resources for high-impact opportunities and balance pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• At least 2 years leading a technical pre-sales team.
• Proven success in open-source, developer-tools, or infrastructure software.
• Strong background in distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiarity with CI/CD, containers, orchestration.
• Coaching mindset for team growth.
