• Lead and scale the US Named Team: hire, onboard, enable, pre-sell.
• Drive strategic revenue with Named Accounts; manage complex deals and PoCs.
• Shadow engagements; establish best practices; translate tech to business value.
• Champion cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, CS, and Support.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across regional SE teams.
• Manage team health and morale; monitor capacity and career goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership: 5+ yrs leading pre-sales SE teams; 10+ yrs tech.
• Enterprise pre-sales track record in US Named Accounts; MEDDPICC.
• Deep architectural expertise: OSI 1-7, DNS, BGP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS.
• AI/ML expertise: PyTorch, TensorFlow; LangChain, LlamaIndex; MLOps.
• Cloud & architecture: AWS, Azure, or GCP; scalable AI workloads.
• Cross-functional influence: matrixed orgs, escalations, resources.
