Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end third-party management program, including procurement
• Develop and execute category strategies across technology, marketing, product, operations, data
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, structure contracts, and manage renewals to secure
• Own company-wide procurement intake workflows and supporting automation, ensuring that IT
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, including spend segmentation, requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Strengthen third-party risk management frameworks by assessing suppliers against commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, enterprise procurement, or
• Proven experience negotiating complex, multiyear enterprise SaaS agreements, marketing and agency
• Strong expertise in category management, structured RFP processes, supplier consolidation, spend
• Hands-on experience with spend management and procurement intake platforms, including Zip and Brex.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or executing third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks
