Senior Manager, SOX-Business Process

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s SOX program for business process controls.
• Collaborate with business process owners to design, implement, and maintain effective and efficient
• Provide guidance on best practices for process improvements and automation.
• Work closely with co-source service providers to ensure timely completion of SOX program
• Partner with internal stakeholders and help them navigate through change management and identify
• Coordinate and manage the annual SOX risk assessment, control scoping, and testing strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; CPA, CIA, or
• 8+ years of SOX compliance experience, preferably in both Big 4 and an in-house internal audit/SOX
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing SOX compliance programs, ideally in a
• Deep understanding of COSO, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive accountability in a cross-functional
