Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital

📋 Description

• Support coverage of Crux's bank counterparties — including investor desks, treasury and principal
• Partner with the Head of Strategic Bank Capital to help execute CrUX's bank coverage strategy and
• Develop a working understanding of each bank's mandate, appetite, and return thresholds, and help
• Maintain the bank coverage model and target list, mapping bank demand to Crux's capital solutions.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned bank relationships, taking on greater ownership as the
• Prepare for bank meetings — including research, briefing materials, and follow-ups — to keep

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, bank coverage, capital formation, project finance
• Experience at a commercial or investment bank (tax equity, project finance, structured finance, or
• Experience supporting capital raising or managing relationships with bank counterparties or
• Exposure to one or more of the following: tax equity, transferable tax credits, preferred equity
• Working fluency in risk, structure, and return drivers, with the ability to engage credibly with
