Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to analyze performance and support high‑priority strategic decisions.
• Build models from scratch to evaluate opportunities, pricing, staffing, and allocation.
• Own end‑to‑end analyses, turning ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable steps.
• Link operational drivers to financial outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support FP&A: forecasting, planning, performance analysis, and narrative behind results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and other teams to understand upstream dynamics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, combining early‑career banking/consulting/transaction advisory
• Strong hands‑on financial modeling to build and structure models independently.
• Ability to translate financial/operational data into practical business recommendations.
• Cross‑functional experience with Sales, Operations, Product, Strategy, or similar.
• Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills with large/messy datasets.
• Curiosity and proactive problem solving; ability to structure work without a fully defined brief.
