🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytical roles with impact.
• Ownership-driven, able to influence in ambiguous settings.
• People management for analysts; hands-on with high-impact work.
• Strong business judgment linking analyses to exec decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across teams.
• Expert in financial modeling; SQL and data viz (Sigma) preferred.
