📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Revenue, and Pricing to influence strategy and investments
• Lead and scale a high-performing team; align priorities with company goals
• Own merchant growth forecasting and translate insights into actions
• Lead top-line planning: target setting, forecasting, performance tracking
• Build and scale dashboards, reporting, and analytics for visibility
• Identify drivers, surface risks and opportunities, and drive accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Ownership and influence in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• 10+ years in analytical roles with impact on forecasting
• Prior people management; hands-on in complex analyses
• Strong business judgment; connect analyses to strategy
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions
• Expert in financial modeling; SQL and Sigma data viz skills
