Senior Manager, Strategic Operations

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including international expansion
• Build and manage programs that improve service and outcomes for high-priority customer accounts.
• Develop a corporate crisis management playbook and support the organization in preparing for and

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, program management, or
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior or executive stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate broad objectives into practical plans, roadmaps, decisions, and
• Sound judgment and confidence working through ambiguity, resolving dependencies, and constructively
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
