📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap covering data systems, reporting platforms
• Translate business strategy, operating-model requirements, and stakeholder priorities into clearly
• Lead annual and quarterly technology planning processes, evaluating demand, capacity, dependencies
• Assess current-state tools, reporting environments, workflows, and data systems to identify
• Partner with Technology, Data, Product, platform, and business leaders to ensure proposed solutions
• Prepare executive-ready roadmap materials, decision frameworks, investment recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting technology strategy, roadmap planning, data systems
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams and cross-functional technology initiatives within an
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategy and stakeholder requirements into technology
• Strong understanding of technology planning, prioritization, business value assessment
• Strong partner-management skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical
