Senior Manager - Strategic Programs

📋 Description

• Own the annual and long-range strategic planning cycle, including planning frameworks, timelines
• Translate business strategy into clear Product Development priorities and keep plans aligned with
• Lead complex, high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including new product and market
• Develop analytical and financial frameworks to evaluate opportunities, size investments, and
• Coordinate complex programs across Product Development, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and
• Own the organization's operating rhythm, including leadership planning sessions, roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, strategic operations, or product strategy within consumer
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, with direct people leadership experience
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from initial definition
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including the ability to build models, interpret
• Experience designing and managing strategic planning processes within large or complex
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to
