Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

📋 Description

• Remote-first procurement role focusing on indirect sourcing (tech & corporate)
• Support categories: Software, Sales & Marketing, External Workforce, Professional Services, HR
• Develop category strategy and drive large-scale procurement improvements
• Lead contract negotiations and supplier onboarding to optimize total cost of ownership
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing with business roadmaps
• Deliver S2P improvement projects and manage vendor performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Operations; 7+ years in senior
• Experience building category strategies and achieving savings
• Negotiation of complex contracts; strong analytical/financial skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes (RFX, benchmarks, should-cost, etc.)
• KPIs, scorecards, QBRs; contract drafting knowledge (MSAs, DPAs, service orders)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
