📋 Description

• Identify new growth opportunities in the U.S. and emerging markets using data-driven insights.
• Develop business cases and GTM plans for new products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations to implement initiatives and measure impact.
• Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies.
• Support cross-functional alignment on growth priorities and report progress to senior leadership.
• Contribute to scalable models leveraging WIN’s proprietary tech and AI-driven platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier or competitive business school in India.
• Minimum 5 years total experience, incl. 2-3 years post-MBA in strategy or partnerships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred.
• Adept at cross-functional work to drive clarity and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and outcome-focused.
