Own the Strategic Agenda: drive high-priority initiatives (product pivots, market entry)
Lead cross-functional projects across Eng, Product, Data Science, and business
Design scalable org structures and processes to support rapid growth
Analyze AdTech trends, data opportunities, and tech viability
Translate exec decisions into actionable Eng/Prod objectives
Prepare strategies and updates for executives and shareholders

🎯 Requirements

Strategic & Analytical Expertise: 3-4 years in tech strategy consulting or VC
Technical Project Leadership: led multi-stakeholder technical projects
Hands-on technical fluency for software development discussions
Problem-Solving Mastery: break down ambiguity and derive insights
Entrepreneurial Mindset: thrive in fast-paced, pragmatic environments
English & German fluency at C1 level
