Senior Manager, Subscription Analytics

📋 Description

• Own the measurement and forecast of app-only subscriber balance against annual subscriber and
• Drive ARPU improvement by making monetization data self-serve across payment opportunities
• Establish the engagement and retention foundation: cohort and lifecycle analyses, the leading
• Own the app analytics framework, including event taxonomy, tracking plans, and instrumentation
• Build and maintain funnel analytics from install and trial start through paid conversion
• Analyze user engagement and behavior including feature adoption, engagement frequency, and content

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, and
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel or spreadsheet-based financial modeling.
• Experience with subscription, revenue, or churn analytics in a B2C or DTC environment.
• Ability to translate data findings into forecasts and variance explanations for non-technical
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
