📋 Description

• Build Spend Conversion: strategy, criteria, KPIs to migrate non-card spend.
• Partner with Capital One and vendors to design workflows.
• Own end-to-end spend migration: analysis and card activation.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, BD, and sales to market.
• Advise enterprise customers; translate goals into migration plans.
• Design AI-native supplier enablement approach to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B/card, payments, supplier enablement.
• Built a 0-to-1 function with processes, KPIs, and cadences.
• Knowledge of card acceptance and merchant economics.
• Proven negotiation/influence with vendors and executives.
• Direct enterprise-facing experience; senior relationships.
• First-principles builder mindset; operate through ambiguity.
