📋 Description

• Lead import/export ops across US and Canada
• Oversee customs brokers for clearance activities
• Develop trade compliance programs and governance
• Partner with authorities, brokers, and stakeholders
• Establish audit programs for entries and filings
• Manage classifications, country codes, and origin determinations

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years intl trade compliance or supply chain exp
• Deep intl import/export compliance knowledge (US/Canada)
• Know how to import/export in WCO/WTO, EAR, OFAC, BIS
• Experience with FDA or life sciences regulatory env
• Understanding of duty reduction and FTAs
• Proven in implementing and auditing compliance programs

• Bay Area salary: $157,590–$203,940 USD
