Senior Manager - SVOD Strategy

📋 Description

• Help shape Crunchyroll’s long-term global membership and SVOD strategy, balancing company goals
• Identify and evaluate long-term opportunities and big bets for the SVOD business over a 5–10 year
• Lead research and analysis that informs Crunchyroll’s five-year SVOD strategic plan.
• Build and refine our view of the global anime opportunity, including TAM, fan segmentation
• Evaluate priority markets and maintain regional factbases and playbooks that inform investment
• Assess membership pricing, benefits, and value propositions across markets and against competitors.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in management consulting, corporate
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; post-MBA management consulting experience is highly
• Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior executives and turning complex ideas into clear
• Strong business judgment and the ability to influence and build relationships across teams without
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing business priorities.
