• Champion System Engineering processes across hardware and software teams.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional systems engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with Jama, Polarion, or DOORS.
• Proficiency in SysML and MBSE tools (Catia Magic).
• Knowledge of V-model and ASPICE.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, IEC 61508, UL 1998.
• 10+ years of Systems Engineering leadership with cross-functional teams.
