Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Process Engineering

📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee end-to-end TA tech stack, stakeholder experience, and program enablement with HR Ops and IT
• Own TA vendor relationships and drive continuous delivery improvements.
• Lead TA project management, change management, compliance, and communications.
• Enable TA across Waymo and with external hiring partners; drive data visibility and KPI reporting.
• Manage TA budget and spend allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience; 3-5+ years in TA Ops, People Analytics, or HR Technology.
• Global delivery experience in a fast-scaling, multifunctional organization.
• Process Engineering experience applying Lean Six Sigma to HR/TA environments.
• Technical expertise with ATS and CRM systems, configuration and automation.
• Analytical skills for large datasets and actionable reporting.
• Leadership experience in high-growth, matrixed or global teams.
