📋 Description

• Spearhead the direction for recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth
• Drive productivity of Recruiters and ensure 100% fill rate and on time hiring for all requirements.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right candidate
• Support the team: Ensure 100% compliance for background checks and other pre-employment
• Collaborate with service delivery, procurement, HR, and vendors on projects and hiring initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years recruitment leadership experience.
• At least 5 years volume recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
• Proficiency to efficiently manage time and track multiple schedules and initiatives.
• Proactive in developing trust and rapport; team-player.
• Strong verbal and written communication; clear, constructive, professional.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
