🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in talent development, learning, or OD in global high-growth settings.
• Expert in skills taxonomy, career architecture, and progression models.
• Strong learning experience design, practical and engaging.
• Fluent in building AI capability and embedding into workflows.
• Fluent with Learning Technology and platforms; driving adoption.
• Vendor management: select partners and measure ROI.
• Commercially aware; links capability to business outcomes and ROI.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; works with Argentina/Latin America teams.
