📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of strategic sourcing plans for engineering roles with executive-level
• Manage, coach, and set expectations for a team of Sourcers and Sourcing Managers; ensure data
• Formalize and scale a continuous intelligence program with structured talent mapping and a pipeline
• Drive AI-driven workflow transformation using AI Studio and Gemini in Workspace to accelerate
• Track sourcing metrics (ROI, funnel performance, productivity) and deliver real-time analytics to
• Advise leadership by embedding market supply data into headcount and site planning discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive technical recruiting/sourcing experience, including ATS/CRM proficiency.
• 8+ years of people management experience at scale; proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage a complex group of senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills; comfort with metrics, numbers, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive relationship builder.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
