🎯 Requirements

Experience: 5-7 years in talent management/relations, casting, or digital agency.
Location: Remote with preference for LA/NYC; open to eligible states.
Booking Track Record: Proven success booking talent for branded content and campaigns.
Industry Rolodex: Network with talent managers, agents, publicists, creators.
Data & Organization: Highly organized with talent databases and casting decks.
High EQ: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
