🎯 Requirements

10+ years in TAM or SaaS roles.
5+ years leading and scaling engineering teams.
Outstanding communication with VP-level and C-suite stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive large-scale transformation across cross-functional orgs.
Hands-on depth with REST APIs, authentication, ETL, queues, async patterns, and error handling.
