📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting, IFRS translating to action
• Lead policy development and ensure consistent application
• Standardise inventory accounting including costing and docs
• Partner with senior finance leaders to improve reporting
• Deliver transformation projects and standardised structures
• Identify long-term process and system improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong IFRS knowledge; practical application
• Experience in group accounting (industry or practice)
• Experience in manufacturing or inventory accounting
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
• Practical, solutions-focused approach
