📋 Description

Lead US GAAP accounting for evolving business lines
Handle revenue recognition across HW, software, and services
Oversee manufacturing/inventory accounting and cap software costs
Manage stock-based compensation and equity/financing matters
Own audit, IPO readiness, and SEC reporting processes
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Ops, Eng, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
CPA required; strong US GAAP knowledge
7+ years in accounting, Manager/Senior Manager level
Experience with revenue recognition, SBC, equity/financing, software capitalization
Strong technical memo writing and disclosures
