Senior Manager, Technical Center

📋 Description

• Provides direct oversight, management, and leadership for all commercial products within the site.
• Manage all aspects of technical process support including project management, process monitoring
• Lead in-line product support for processes, project definition and demonstration, and process
• Execute economic feasibility studies toward objectives assigned or approved by site leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and continuous improvement support for commercial and new product
• Drive Drug Product Technology transfers to manufacturing, including financial aspects of each

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• A minimum of ten (10) years with 'hands on' experience in Process Validation/Qualification areas
• Proficient in project management and able to work within a multidisciplinary group to bring
• Computer literate with knowledge of statistical methods, data manipulation and interpretation.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Possess good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple
